CSA review wrong

There was a recent case where a father's income was increased by a review officer from CSA because he was paying rent that is less then the average for the area.

The most interesting point regarding this is that the review officer is a well know solicitor who has his own practice as well.

To cover up any knowledge of his activities he uses two different names. Several complaints have been made regarding this being a conflict of interest but each time the CSA has stated he is not biased.

It is a well known fact that his legal firm has a reputation of representing women in separation proceedings.

I would like to know what members of this site think of this.

If there are additional categories available underneath a category then there will be a clickable ‘plus’ icon shown to the left of it. Choose your selection by clicking the label (you will see it get highlighted). Hold the ctrl key to expand all child categories also.
