Lega aid solicitors has withdrawn my consent orders...what can I do?

My legal aid solicitor states that he has withdrawn my consent orders based on my verbal instructions.  This is not correct, I only wanted a change to the consent orders before lodging as former partner was not following the consent orders.    I am now back to square one after almost of year of waiting?    What can I do?   Can the solicitor withdraw consent orders based on verbal instructions, I thought everything had to be writing.

Normal process for reponse and progress for work carried out by legal aid solicitor

Hello,

I am trying to find out if this time frame is a normal response by a legal aid solicitor.

Lodged application for legal aid in early Feb.

Discussion with ex partner at the end of April and signed drafted consent orders.

My solicitor still not lodged consent orders two months later.

Finally asked to sign typed orders in late July.

Disagreed with order in September  (ex partner not following orders) only to find that they will still not lodged with Courts.

Is this normal?   Or is it a case of the solicitors does'nt give a dam because I'm not only of his high paying clients!

Would really appreciate some feedback.

Sample Consent Orders

Does anyone have a copy of current consent orders which I could use as a guide.    After I engaged a legal aid solicitor, I have found that the current drafted order was not lodged in the courts and the former partner wishes to change these orders  (access to the children and parental payments).      She keeps changing her mind.
