FORMS - Local Court vs Family Court.

I am trying to help a SRL from the Central Coast, who is defending an AVO in the Wyong Local Court.

Should we use a Statutory Declaration or an Affidavit ?

Can we later use the same Stat. Dec. in the Federal Magistrates Court ?

[my research so far suggests that Affidavits in the Local Court are only used in Civil Claims.]

Are there any good and simple pointers to forms usage in Local Courts (other than LawLink) ?

FLRA NSW - 2007 Meeting Schedule

Family Law Reform Association of N.S.W. Inc.

The FLRA of NSW is registered as a 'not-for-profit' organisation in NSW and as an 'entity' under the Federal Tax Laws.

The FLRA of NSW generally meets on the First Monday of each month from 7:30 pm at the Bankstown RSL Club.

Exceptions are no meeting in January (holiday season); and second Monday in October (public holiday).

The FLRA of NSW thanks the Bankstown RSL Club for the ongoing use of its premises. It is close to Bankstown Railway Station.

The template search will find all entries matching the criteria. For example, a search with a criteria of ‘Manhattan’ in the field named ‘Description’ (assuming there is one) would find any entries containing the substring ‘Manhattan’ in the ‘Description’ field.

If there are additional categories available underneath a category then there will be a clickable ‘plus’ icon shown to the left of it. Choose your selection by clicking the label (you will see it get highlighted). Hold the ctrl key to expand all child categories also.
