Greens caught out by independent ! Its OK to lie in court!

"Who will hold the balance of power in the Senate?"

If we have Labor in the lower house and the Greens holding the balance in the Senate… it's a very ugly picture for children and families.
If you vote for the Greens, you're not just voting for the environment, you're voting for a raft of other 'loony-left' obsessions, many of which damage children and families!

Lying in court hurts kids!

The divorce court is meant to protect children. If the court is told lies… then how can the court decide on what's best for the child? Parents who lie under oath are putting themselves above the welfare of their children.

There should be punishments for lying in court - it's child abuse!

Greens and Democrats say  - it's OK to lie. The Greens, Democrats and ALP (left) say intentionally perjuring parents should not face any risk of penalty. Effectively saying its OK to lie in the divorce court!

This is what they said in our Senate.

Democrats Sen. Stott Despoja said "a number of us feel very strongly… (we oppose) costs where a false allegation or statement in proceedings is proven." (30/03/2006 Hansard Senate page 203)

ALP Sen. Ludwig also opposed any punishment for those who intentionally lie in court. (Hansard Page 204)

Finally Greens Sen. Siewert "The Greens strongly… request that the government… withdraw this particular amendment… The impact it will have is to discourage women from making claims…" (Hansard, page 206)

If you vote for the Greens, you're not just voting for the environment, you're voting for a raft of other 'loony-left' obsessions, many of which damage children and families!

Don't give the Greens the balance of power!
