Proposed Tri-Residence House For Improving Shared Parenting Equality.

I would love to get some feedback from the public on my new house model for a family home.

This is designed for a single two-parent family and contains 3 Independent residencies termed RA, RB and RC under one roof and has the following-

-3 Kitchens (RA, RB and RC)

-1 Family room (RC)

-2 Living Rooms (RA and RB)

-3 External Front Doors (For each of RA,RB and RC)

-2 Internal access points (For accessing RA and RB via RC)

-1 Shared Driveway leading to RA, RB and RC

-2 Opposing Internal garages (RA and RB)

-3 Master Bedrooms (1 for each spouse plus a 1 shared).

Husband and wife have their own thirds which they live in permanently and never cross into. These are RA and RB. RC is a shared and part-time residence as this residence is designed to accommodate a living

apart together or LAT living arrangement. Inside the LAT house the spouses keep in frequent touch everyday over the internet and via the phone and visit each other frequently in RC while living in total

independence for the rest of the time. This model improves shared parenting equality by teaching adults how to live in total Independence and make the time to see one another when they actually want to

and without being in each others face everyday. Additionally each actually has its own house inside the Tri-Residence. This means the sense of necessary compromise is dramatically reduced as each spouse

resides in 1.5 standard residencies as this non-standard house in total comprises 3 standard houses but is compressed into one. This means the internal access points are easily pin lockable and child/ren spend

time with each parent solely on a regular basis. Each spouse actually has its own independent garden, independent kitchen, independent bathroom, independent entry and the like which means they no longer

have to make this sense of compromise as everything is triplicated and segregated.

MOST RECENT CHANGES TO THE PLAN BELOW TWO EXTRA BATHROOMS FOR EACH OF RESIDENCE A AND RESIDENCE B AS WELL AS RE-DESIGNED RESIDENCE C.

HUSBANDS THIRD OF HOUSE IS HIGHLIGHTED IN RED AND WIFES THIRD OF HOUSE HIGHLIGHTED IN BLUE.

THE NON-HIGHLIGHTED AREA IS THE SHARED PART OF THE RESIDENCE.

THIS HOUSE IS DESINGED FOR A 40/40/20 PARENTING STYLE WHICH MEANS CHILDREN SPEND 40% OF DAYS WITH MOTHER IN RESIDANCE B, 40% OF DAYS WITH FATHER IN RESIDENCE A, AND 20% OF DAYS AS A NUCLEAR FAMILY IN RESIDENCE C.

RESIDENCE C SHOULD BE SEEN AS A KIND OF WEEKEND RE-TREAT WHERE THE FAMILY SPENDS TIME TOGETHER AS IT IS SPLIT EQUALLY FOR THE REST OF THE TIME.
