Property Settlement

I had my property settlement finalized about 18 months ago. Part of the settlement was my ex was supposed to pay out a credit card which she used during the marriage. This is stipulated on the Settlement Orders.
I received a letter the other day stating this has still not been paid out and the company is threatening legal action.

As this was part of the Orders, what would be the correct course of action to get this fixed and also would she be penalized if it had to go back to court?
Forward to the credit card company a copy of the property order.  And ask them to persue the other party.  Was the credit card account in both names?
Here is where Family Law and Contract Law collide and you will not like who wins. It is not as clear as it should be but, as suggested, inform the company of order. This may not stop them.
