establishing a breach of court orders

I have a contravention hearing coming up and was wondering if someone could tell me whether the evidence I have will stand up.
I have voice recorded phone calls from  the location( changeover ) on the day in question to my ex's phone leaving a message as the phone was not answered, and I didnt have any other contact information for her, I also waited at the changeover location for an hour past the time and no one showed. I did in this instance get a text message from the mother asking me whether I was going to pick up x children earlier than ordered and I replied no I will see you at the ordered time and place.Ialso reminded the ex that I would pursue contraventionwhile leaving the message on her phone. Is that enough evidence to prove a breach of orders.

The second one is very similair except I have a witness that attended with me this time and then wrote me a letter stating they were there at the requested time and the ex did not show as per ordered, and also that there was no communication from my ex to me in regard to why she wasnt there, again we waited for a whole hour past the ordered time.

spock,
You are asking how long is a piece of string question, without all the details. Your first sentence seems to indicate that you have 'reasonable' evidence. Your ex might also have a 'reasonable' excuse.

Your 'witness' will have to produce an Affidavit for the Court.

Be aware that apart from a Court making some noises at your ex a contravention may be dealt with during another hearing - usually the finals.

As I understand it you have not joined the SRL group on this site. The postings you have made could be read by others who might recognise you. Best you join the group so that your postings aren't eveident to others. Any advice given to you would otherwise be informing the other side in your matter of your next move. Not the best strategy.
You have made several posts and on reading those have sought responses on somewhat limited information.
