Sample Affidavits & Significant Judgments

More resources of the flwg website

For those of you who rely on the forums for much of their information, I would highlight that this website has more excellent resources that you should be aware of.

First place to look is at the Judgments section on FLWG, where an enormous amount of work has been put into listing significant decisions per issue.

I recall there also being a listing of sample affidavits, but I can't find this on this website now. Maybe its hard to find or it has been removed. (Mod, anmy help here?)

In any case there is an alternative place to find sample legal documents, which all in all has about 50 samples legal documents, 3 of which are sample affidavits.

The Judgment database is only about 1% complete. When finished it will provide the most comprehensive search and research abilities available in Australia. At present the search engine is still being tested.

These were removed because the SRLR group found too many people just changed the names rather than the content. Likewise the draft ‘Orders Generator’ was removed because it was being treated as a wish list rather than its intended purpose of providing Court approved phraseology on a very comprehensive range of orders.

These will reappear at a later stage together with some templates such as ‘Case Outlines’.
