There are multiple warnings on this site about Section 121 of the Family Law Act and what you should or can reveal in a public post.

A Court has recently passed details on to the DPP to consider whether a poster on this site should be prosecuted for a serious s121 violation - 'identification of a party' in a case.

Section 121 carries a maximum penalty of 12 months imprisonment.

Before you post consider whether you have identified any parties in the case.

The same also applies to social media sites such as Facebook that may have public pages.
