Childs rights with a disability

When does a child with a disability have the right to say No they dont want to go anymore????
There are usually no hard and fast rules, however, if the child is 16 then they will usually not bother enforcing an order, as you would have a better chance of nailing jelly to a tree than getting a teenager to comply.
This is a very hard question because it depends on many factors. The type of disability, the degree of disablement, whether the child has an appropriate interaction with the parents etc.. There is not going to be a definitive answer "by the book". For a court to look at this type of issue it is a significant piece of work which will most certainly involve a family report and probably legal representation for the disabled child.
