WHY was my CSA thread deleted?

It was not offensive. It was open to discussion.

3Nevermind I found it…was moved to a rant sub forum.

Thought it was valid to the CSA forum but oh well :/

My lengthy post in the CSA forum about how unfair the system and the impact it has on the lives of payers was deleted.

It was deleted without any consultation from a moderator as to why…at the very least it could have been moved to this forum.

I thought it highlighted some very valid points about the CSA and the ongoing, negative impact it has on the lives of the payer.  Was there a complaint?  Did it touch a nerve of one of the mods?

It contained not a hint of bad language, just the touchy subject of CS in this country.
It's any wonder we are slaves to this terrible system when a moderator can nuke decent discussion on what I thought was a reputable forum!!!
Your post was not deleted, there is an indexing problem in the database and your post shows to admin but not members.

Think before you post, and read my posts in the first site forum please.

I realised it was moved after I found it in another forum, hence why I edited this post immediately after I found it.

And quoting text after it has been deleted is not good moderating IMO.  I saw my error and corrected it immediately, no need to throw it in my face.

How do you know what is good moderating as you seem to understand little about site etiquette. The moderators on this site get enough complaints about post deletion (and see all the posts) and you should have had the courtesy to apologize for the 3 unnecessary remarks you made.
I am not amused (nor are the moderators) about your remarks about the SPCA especially since they are an integral part of this site. I suggest you have a really good read round this site before making any more smart alec comments. Site Moderators have a low threshold for new members who make silly comments.

Really………… no1rly……….

If you have a look at the Community page that is linked to the site http://flwg.com.au/Community/pg/start which is located up to the right at the top, you could then go to this page http://flwg.com.au/spca/pg/start where you can learn more about the SPCA. There is a lot of good work done by this group. They are involved in many areas, and if you took the time to read some of Secretary SPCA's posts throughout this site, you will find a font of knowledge as well as a source of some very valid comments. Whenever he posts, there is a lot of thought going into to those posts, and for that knowledge, experience, and insight we are thankful.

I have been around since 2008, and have seen a lot come and go, but we have our stalwarts. And you should be grateful for their advice.
Hopefully no1rly has heard of the 2006 Amendments to the Act - the hundreds of them and of the individuals and organizations that put in years of toil to get the Act changed. The SPCA and its people did more than any organization and the SEC SPCA personally put in thousands of hours of work. The SECSPCA even posted in the same forum that no1rly posted in but all no1rly could say was call them Single Persons Cat Association - what a low life bottom feeder. When no1rly completes Year 4 he might be able to make informed and useful comments and I would like to remind him that you have to be 18 to join this site and that means your age  not your IQ!
