The family court Judges state they need to have a winning party and a loosing party.  Is this in the best interests of the child? Ask a child which parent is the one who should win.  A child needs both parents.  To go against Parliment Laws that are writtern for all Australians and a meant to be equal for ALL AUSTRALIANS is criminal.  Yet the legal system has other laws in Australia separate from Parliment Laws.

The legal system in Australia is for the haves and the have nots.  Those with money win in Family Court and those that have exhaused all Government Legal Aid and have no money of their own or can borrow from family and friends loose.

The child looses their interminate relationship they share between their parent.  Because their parent was financially unable to afford the proper legal representation to put forward their case.  This is against basic Human Rights set out by the UN.

The right to proper legal representation when a person has exhausted all financal avenues.  Pro Bono lawyers  who are willing to help with a case.

The right to be persummed innocent before being proven guilty. Please ajourn cases so investigations into a person being dangerous by Childrens Services are done.

The right to due process of law

The right to have an interminate meaningful relationship between a child and a parent.  The right to Freedom of Association.

The right to Freedom of Speech.  This includes Court Orders made against a parent to deny them their Freedom of Speech. To cover up the writer of the Court Order unethical conduct in court. A jail sentence is threatened in Court Orders if this order is broken.
