Want to name my daughter as "ROSE BYRNE"

Hii,

I have recently given birth to my princess and want to name her as famous actress "ROSE BYRNE". Need to know is it valid to copy full name according to the laws.

I believe that this would be state specific as the Registry of  Births, Deaths and Marriages is state specific.

For example in NSW it appears that the factor is that the name is not a Prohibited Name which is defined as the following :-

Prohibited name means a name that:

(a)  is obscene or offensive, or
(b)  could not practicably be established by repute or usage:
   (i)  because it is too long, or
(ii)  because it consists of or includes symbols without phonetic significance, or
(iii)  for some other reason, or
(c)  includes or resembles an official title or rank, or
(d)  is contrary to the public interest for some other reason.

This as per http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/Documents/apply-for-name-change-child.pdf

However, there could be other factors, such as copyright or trademark which could have international implications. Somehow doubt that you would encounter problems. Would the famous Rose Byrne risk becoming the infamous Rose Byrne by trying to deprive a baby of their name?

I agree with it, because I was also thought of that for my niece and got to know about all the information related to it.
