Non primary parent files for recovery order
I'm the primary parent of three young children of mine. Mum has few days in a fortnight to have kids which she hasn't been doing since orders got printed out.
Early January I decided to move interstate with children having told her but she replied whatever and that to me meant yes you can go.
It's nearly a year now and she is now filled for recovery order hearing is in days.
I have no lawyer at the moment until case is transferred here in Victoria.
What are the possible outcomes of the mention?
Your thoughts please are all welcome.
Thanks

Where is the case being heard? You need to respond to the documents which will include either affidavit or appearance. If you do nothing, as some do, things will go pear-shaped. Orders could be made for the children to return depending on the circumstances.
