The ex and I have interim orders stating children live in home and ex and I share home, children always live in home.

Orders haven't been followed for some time ex moved state with some of the children and threatens to restrict/stop visitation etc.

What would the implications be if I retained children after visitation. I live in said home that children are to live in re:interim orders.
The length of time that orders have not been followed by both parties may influence any court decision.
The age of the children and their wishes is really important.  If the children are over 12-14 then the court tends to allow self-determination - ie the children's wishes are respected.  In this event, its unlikely a solicitor would take it on, the police would have no interest (civil matter) and the court would simply seek to establish the children's wishes - if it ever got to court.
