General advice and experience needed please

I am just after some general advice and any relevant experiences that could help me understand the court system.

I will keep it to the point and try to be a little vague to avoid any identifying factors so please bear with me.

I have two sons aged 11 and 15.

Our current parenting plan has been in place since 2005 and remains unchanged with 50/50 shared parental responsibility. We live in melbourne.

I have a third son to my current wife - we have been together 7 years.

My youngest son is due to start school in 2016. I would like to relocate interstate to WA to allow my youngest son to grow up and go to school with his cousins and be closer to my wife's side of the family.

Both of my eldest sons wish to move with me, and have told their mother this. She will not allow it.

We have been to mediation and I am currently waiting for the certificate to arrive in the mail as we were not able to resolve this issue.

I would like to move at the end of the year so as not to disrupt the school year and have the boys start afresh.

Once I go to the lawyer and file an application to court is it likely to be resolved by the end of the year?

What is the relocation list criteria? Is this list still running ?

Also where can I find judgements for similar cases? I have read recent ones but most are younger children and short of opening every single link what should I be searching for ?

I am interested in the finer details of this case:
But where would I find it ?

Thanks in advance
The court will listen to the views of a 15 year old. The court does not like to separate siblings. The court generally moves slowly.

Consider these.
