If a woman who is the primary attachment figure and resident parent was given the verdict at a relocation case to remain where she were and if she were to pack up and leave with the child regardless, what are her rights, risks or chances of being able to remain at her destination. Or another question may be where to go/what to do once given the verdict? If more info required please ask.
If she was to pack up and leave with the child after orders were made she will run the risk of being arrested by Federal Police, Fined or a jail sentance (and there have been a few) She also runs the risk of having the child taken off her and give to the other parent.
