Private School Fees - can the actual school they go to be enforced?
I believe that a court could make such an order, but I'd assume that there would have to be compelling reasons for such an order to be made. The court could make an order as to how the fees would be paid/distributed, if so then the CSA could collect accordingly.

If no order is made in regards to payment of the fees by the court then it can be complicated in regards to fees:-

A departure from administrative assessment, what is commonly termed a Change of Assessment, under Reason 3 would have to be made. This covers, The High Costs of Caring for, Educating or Training the Child in the Manner Expected by the Parents. Roughly speaking agreement of the manner, not the school itself, is the determining factor, so if both parents agreed to some form of private schooling, then payment of the fees could be covered. Noting that the CSA will often twist matters to suit, the collection mentality. e.g. in one instance a parent paying the fees, because the parent who unilaterally enrolled the child refused to pay the fees, for fear of the impact of the disruption on the child being moved to another school, was considered by the officer such an agreement.
