Getting centerlink how much CSA do you have to pay
If a parent is on income support or their income results in an assessment that is below the minimum rate and has below regular care (less than 14% or 52 nights) of that child then the minimum rate of CS applies. The minimum annual rate of CS is $370 (for assessments starting in 2011) or $383 (for assessments that start in 2012). If the person has regular care or above then the rate will be $0 or the formula assessed amount.
google saidok so right now we are paying 31 a month because he has no income but if he goes on centerlink for his daughter it wont go up? He would be on SPP. so he will be getting 1000 a f/n and will still be paying only the min of 31? Sorry I am so confused
Your husband would be ineligible for SINGLE parent pension. He might get PARTNERED parenting payment but that would depend on your income. They have fairly low income levels (round $40,000 a year I think) to receive the partnered payment
