Advice please on Child Support when payer is living in Australia and child and custodial parent are UK citizens. - Posts split from "International Child Support - Australia to UK?"

I would really appreciate some advice please on Child Support when payer is living in Australia and child and custodial parent are UK citizens. As such payer is unable to have child spending time living with him as he wishes, which would then reduce the child support
There is also a separate matter of Visitation where the custodial parent refuses access to the child when non custodial parent travels to UK to visit the child. 19 days spent in the UK on purpose of seeing his child and the custodial parent allowed only a two hour fully supervised visit.
There are no court orders and the child is 13 years old.
Would really appreciate some help on this.
Child Support, as the child is not in Australia, would be as per the UK child support scheme.

As the UK is a reciprocal jurisdiction child support as determined in the UK could be collected through the CSA if registered by the UK child support scheme.
