Judge applying court order to only one party and not the other party's evidence

A judge issued a court order requiring all non English documents tendered as evidence to be translated in Australia and then only applied the court order to one side and not the other

A judge in the Family Law court issued a court order requiring all non English documents admitted into evidence to be translated by a certified translator in Australia. Both sides tendered non English documents that were not translated in Australia. The judge only applied the court order requiring translation in Australia to one party and not the other party. This meant that one party's evidence tendered in non English documents was ignored while the other party's non English documents was given considerable weight. The judge even mentions thier own court order critisizing one party for not tendering translated documents in English in Australia. Can anything be done about this, such as a formal complaint or an appeal etc.?
