Feedback Required on CSA front line contacts

We are collating data on the consistency or otherwise of officer responses within the CSA

There have been comments made, but nothing specifically lodged in writing, regarding members and others getting varying information and advice from different CSA front line officers.

We are interested in hearing from you, if in recent months, you have received conflicting information about a case specifically and only in relation to the new legislation AND if so what area of information was this covering. You can either respond privately in the issues register or in this topic through a whisper which is not viewable by others.

I have been given conflicting information in regard to my Change of Assessment (COA) that currently applies until December 2008.

I received, in writing, that this would continue regardless of the new system right up until December 2008, then a  new child support period would begin.

I also received, in writing, that a new assessment would begin from July 2008, until the following December 2009.

I'm still unsure as to what will happen come July.

I certainly hope my COA remains in place because I went to a lot of effort to gather evidence and supporting information to win it over.
