Hypothetical Q re CS

Consider this.

What would happen if ones daughter (who is subject to a 50/50 shared custody arrangement & who is also less than 18yrs) herself got pregnant. Could one of the parents claim the new grand child as a dependent upon themselves thereby increasing the amount of CS that they in turn get from the other parent. Could both parents claim the new grandchild as a dependent?? Or would CS payments stop alltogether ??

Where this topic has been under dicussion about a personal case where a man is paying child support when his daughter receives  a perenting payment. The Child Support Agency are using his case as a test case in how to interpret the laws
