CSA objection process - how come a simple objection takes as long as a complex one to finalise

I note a common theme among posts in this site that the CSA objection process seems to take an inordinate amount of time to resolve even the most simple of cases.  In addition, this is particularly annoying to payers when they are contacted very early in the process by the objections staff who acknowledge receipt of the case and that they are likely to disallow it.  Such delays deny ready access to other options to have decisions reconsidered.

I wonder if the CSA would like to comment on this.
